The hotel could benefit from some updates in its facilities.

Rotting exterior wood with need of painting. Litter all over the property.

Convenient location - popular places like Haywood Mall are close by, making it easy to explore the area. The staff here is fantastic and really made our stay enjoyable. Definitely worth checking out! 👍

Rooms where spacious and clean

The whole place is run down need alot of tlc.inside and out. Pool was closed the whole time we where there. Kids disappointed.

we were really close to such places as haywood mall. the location was perfect and our bed was comfortable.

Bathrooms were clean and worked well.

It was a dump. Outside needed to be painted. Carpet needed replacing. There were wet stains, rips, and carpet strip tacks exposed (4 of my 5 family members stepped on tacks). One TV had no sound, kitchen was not fully equipped as advertised. I have pictures of these and more things I don't have room here to describe.

I recently had a great stay at a hotel in the Greenville area. The value for money was excellent, with spacious rooms at affordable prices. I was impressed with the attention to detail, especially in the updated bathroom with nice tile. The friendly staff made me feel welcome and the location was ideal, close to everything in Greenville and many restaurants. it was a pleasant stay.

No improvement needed, everything was fine.

They had rooms when no one else did.

Lots of stairs to get from reception to rooms. All out side stairs. Not safe for women traveling lane or with young children. Light bulbs burned out on exterior making pathway extremely dark. Got eaten alive by mosquitos while navigating two suitcases. First "non-smoking" room reeked of nicotine. Second room smelled better due to use of Febreeze type spray. But second room was in poor repair: someone had punched in bathroom door upstairs, scuff marks on walls, carpeting had a huge gap of an inch at seam between pieces.

The price for the Easter weekend was reasonable and there was free breakfast included. the hotel was conveniently located near the main road and a gas station. the bed was comfortable and we had a good night's sleep.

The rooms were extremely outdated and in need of a complete renovation. the bathroom had peeling wallpaper and the showerhead was old and dirty.

tjey were not well stocked with breakfast food. Ran out of every thing. Juice machine was broke. The pool was closed. The rooms smelled like smoke. The rooms were not cleaned well.

The swimming pool and hot tub were down. No coffee pot in room, very few dishes in kitchen, no stools in kitchen(like the ad online shows). Breakfast was not mentioned by desk clerk.

Great Value and Comfortable Rooms

The price of this hotel couldn't be beat for the amenities offered. The location was convenient to many restaurants and key attractions. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, perfect for families or groups of friends. We particularly enjoyed the full kitchen and complimentary breakfast.

While the rooms were comfortable, there were a few maintenance issues that could be improved upon. Some of the towels were worn and there were some stains on the carpets.

My air didn't work in my room and they didn't discount it or anything and it was infested with nets I had to run out and get bug spray.For the price they could remodel the steps and weak porch and throw some paint on the buildings.

Good location.

Buildings are in terrible condition. Spiders were throughout the room and a bug was in the bed. Air conditioning intake was filthy.
